Flood
If you have seen today’s newspaper, you probably seen a lot of news regarding the flood yesterday.
Yes… yesterday started rainning at about 5pm. A heavy one. Thunder storm like that. I know it is going to flood again.
Day before yesterday, I already wet my foot and shoes till i got home 1 hour later.
It was not a nice feeling having wet foot and shoes for 1 hour. My foot are smelly when i got home, yurks !
Back to yesterday. Just when I thought, “oh shit, I have to wet my foot and shoes again ! Sien !”, then i saw water everywhere.
I mean, not only I gotto wet my foot and shoes, but i basically have to WALK in the water to get to LRT station.

It might not be a big deal walking in the water … I think…
Before I really walk into water, i thought i should go find another path to shorten the distance of walking in the flood.
I wanted to find a DRY land. At least, a bit dry…
Yes, i got it… But…
Flood here is really serious… Not much people dare to walk in the water. Guess they love their foot and shoes a lot.

Water filled the car park, drains, road…
I had a hard time walking to the lrt station. Because i love my foot and shoes also. I feel pity to my shoes.

Looking at such situation, i only have 2 choices - Walk or wait. Off coz, i walk… coz i hate to wait and it’s getting late.
I walked slowly, worrying that i might step on holes, rocks, shits or you-name-it..
When i was so near to the lrt station, I saw mini waterfall…

Water here was ‘running’ fast. If you sort of not careful, you might fell into water.. and there was a big drain there. And since there was flood, you cant see the drain anymore.
People just walked real slow and carefully.

I’ve never experienced like this before. I dont like it. I dont enjoy it. I certainly do not want to wet my SHOES!
Walking in the mini waterfall, the water is like pushing me away to the right… and the water is as deep as to my knee level…
Argghhh… frustrating.

Finally I am safe at LRT station, cant wait to leave this ghost place. Pity to the cars, and people who stuck in the jam.

Seems like these guys are having fun in the flood.
I absolutely wont like the flood. The water is a mixture of … ? Arghh… I dont even wanna know.
What was lucky - i was wearing skirt , ahahha , so i dont have a wet pant!
I am going to say goodbye and rest in peace to my shoes soon.

Hehe. I was stuck in a jam also at Sg. Besi on Thursday, in my car… But went out of the car and enjoyed the “scene”. I left Putrajaya at 5.15pm. Reach home at 8pm. Stuck and wait for the flood water to recede for around 1 hour plus! Got some pix and videos. Will post it later on.
Today rain -> storm started at 4pm. Bet will have flash floods again. Came to to be true! LRT kena this time. The weather is really bad lately… :(

My friend was in KLCC on Friday & she couldn’t leave because somehow the LRT was affected by the flood & cannot function.
The amazing thing was, I was thinking that there would be a terrible jam that day. I was suppose to go to a friend’s place @ Sri Hartamas by taxi, but seeing the traffic near my office, I decided to take the train to Segambut first. To my surprise, as the KTM passed by Jalan Kuching (the route I would have taken had I taken the taxi), I saw that there were very few cars on the road.
& the more amazing thing was that when I reached Segambut KTM & walked along the bridge (which has traffic jam everyday from 7pm - 10pm), there was NO JAM AT ALL. The time was 8pm. If you live in Segambut or always pass by that bridge, you’d know what I’m talking about.
Should have wrote this in my own blog, but just thought of talking to Cely & her friends. =)

There was this guy see.
He wasn’t very bright and he reached his adult life without ever having learned “the facts”.
Somehow, it gets to be his wedding day.
While he is walking down the isle, his father tugs his sleeve and says,
“Son, when you get to the hotel room…Call me”
Hours later he gets to the hotel room with his beautiful blushing bride and he calls his father,
“Dad, we are the hotel, what do I do?”
“O.K. Son, listen up, take off your clothes and get in the bed, then she should take off her clothes and get in the bed, if not help her. Then either way, ah, call me”
A few moments later…
“Dad we took off our clothes and we are in the bed, what do I do?”
O.K. Son, listen up. Move real close to her and she should move real close to you, and then… Ah, call me.”
A few moments later…
“DAD! WE TOOK OFF OUR CLOTHES, GOT IN THE BED AND MOVED REAL CLOSE, WHAT DO I DO???”
“O.K. Son, Listen up, this is the most important part. Stick the long part of your body into the place where she goes to the bathroom.”
A few moments later…
“Dad, I’ve got my foot in the toilet, what do I do?”
