Damansara Perdana Lat Jiu Pan Mee

Last sunday, Wan Shen brought us to this Damansara Perdana Lat Jiu Pan Mee. Actually I think no other Lat Jiu Pan Mee is better than the Chow Kit Kin Kin Lat Jiu Pan Mee liao. I eat that lat jiu pan mee almost every week for years, damn addictive already. So I did not put high hope this round.

Wan Shen

But still, should give it a try before I judge ma.

Damansara Perdana Lat Jiu Pan Mee

This ‘Face to Face Pan Mee shop’ (actually I think there is another meaning - Mee to Mee) said it sell all sort of pan mee. But I only interested in trying Lat Jiu Pan Mee. They offer 2 types of Pan mee - thin and thick pan mee, and 2 types of cooking - dry or soup.

I ordered thin+dry pan mee, of course! Can’t wait to eat and compare with my favourite!

Well, look quite like the Kin Kin one la. But the chilli paste, a lot different.

It was all dry and no chilli oil. Not very spicy actually. Taste different with the Kin Kin pan mee.

The color also different. :p Lose liao la like that. Still Kin Kin Lat Jiu Pan Mee the best.

Let’s put a little comparison.

Damansara Perdana Lat Jiu Pan Mee

Can’t believe the result would be like this. Anyway, DP Lat Jiu Pan Mee won because of the environment, Kin Kin won because of the taste, too unique that no one else can copy. Hahaha. If you don’t believe, you can try both out and judge them for yourself. I would still prefer Kin Kin if you wan me to choose.

Wan Shen still prefer DP Lat Jiu Pan Mee, simply because KL is too far for her plus she doesn’t know the way plus the bad service there plus she lazy!

Where to find this Face to Face Pan Mee Shop? At Damansara Perdana, same row with 7-11 and Public Finance. It’s pretty easy to spot the shop.

By the way, last week I also went to eat the Kin Kin Lat Jiu Pan Mee, the price increased already! It’s now RM 4.80. Wah cow!
