Dinner at Soup Restaurant

This was not my first visit to Soup Restaurant. My first visit was 2 years ago. Soup Restaurant has a lot of branches in Singapore, islandwide. Last weekend, we went to the one at Ang Mo Kio Hub (a big shopping mall at Ang Mo Kio, just few stations away from Yishun), on Hongkiat’s treat. *muahahaha*
The food at Soup Restaurant was actually quite good. They were famous with their ‘Steamed Chicken’ - Samsui Ginger Chicken. It’s superb!

Samsui Ginger Chicken. Steamed Chicken and the ginger sauce.

You must dipped the boneless chicken in the ginger sauce and then (the bestest part) wrapped in lettuce! You will hear ‘chop’ ‘chop’ ‘chop’ sound! Really damn great. No wonder they are famous! Love’em.

Tofu Prawn.

Yang Zhou Fried Rice.

Waisan & Ginseng Roots soup. I love this soup a lot. I already like herbal soup. I can drink a lot if my mom cook soup at home. At Soup Restaurant, they have variety choice of soup available. That’s why their soups are famous too.

I forgotten what vege was this. Haha.

Steamed Bai Sou Gong. Haha, I really don’t know what it call in English.

Teochew Olive Rice.

Steamed Minced Pork.
Very filling meal for 5 person. Another satisfying meal. Recommended restaurant if you visit Singapore in future. But, don’t ask me treat, it’s not very cheap~
Good food only available at restaurant like this oh~ I mean, it was not easy to get good food in Singapore. I am already used to the kopitiam’s food.
Kinda miss bak kut teh now. Hmm…

The veg looks like “yau mak” and the fish should be “Patin” in Malaysia.
