Andaraya conversation with Cely about Bad Bus Service [My Thought]
This entry is written by hongkiat.
If you’ve read about the bad bus services we received during our KL->Singapore trip, you should have now know that operation manager of Andaraya, Sabran Mohd Hamzah left a message in the entry, asking Cely to call him back for further discussion on the matter. Cely did, and here’s the results based in my perspective.
Content Vulgarity
Sabran Mohd Hamzah claims that the entry was written with massive vulgar word, and he used the word “uncivilized” to describe it. I do admit it contains vulgar words, and Cely can (and will) remove these words out that blog entry. However I don’t think using foul language is considered uncivilized, at least not to that extend. Else perhaps there’s not much civilized people left in KL? Maybe all my friends were uncivilized also. Taking the fact that you are getting cheated of by paying RM50 on a 40-seaters, any normal homo-sapient will swear; either in the heart, or like me, curse them during the entire bus trip. Cely choose to write it out in her blog, I don’t blame her.
It’s not the driver’s fault
Sabran may have interpret the entire story wrongly as he keep on asking Cely the details of the driver. It is not the fault of the bus driver, he’s just someone who drove from KL-> Singapore and simple as that. So who’s fault is it? I’ll let you be the judge.
In a nutshell, we paid RM100 (RM50×2) for bus tickets, promised to be 20+ seaters, end up in a 40-seaters. Not to forget the bus did not come punctually on time (which is 2.30pm), and we have to make our way back to counter to ask, and being paten-passed by agents to agents to another location, end up in a 40-seaters with no extra seats. I had to take the initiative to ask the whoever-ticket-collector to get us a side by side seat. Also when Cely request an explanation why is things such, all the ticket collector said is “either you get up or go back to the counter and ask for refund“.
