Rakuzen at Waterfront @ Parkcity
Long heard about this Rakuzen, but I’ve never try before. There I am, with my beloved family dinner-ing at this newly open Rakuzen at Waterfront @ Parkcity.
The environment there was damn good. New and not crowded. :)
Once enter to Rakuzen, we were greet by a waitress in Japanese. Since we were a group of 7, therefore she brought us to a ‘room’ but there was no door, we could still heard the kids shouting and bunch of people there talking out loud. A bit annoying.
The room has a long table which allow up to 10 person to be seated. We do have own privacy but still got interrupt by those loud talking from outside. No difference if we were sitting outside.
Jacey has been to Rakuzen, so she know what to order for me to try and I don’t have to order anything. Mom, brother (Kenny jai), Hong Kiat and Kelvin (Yee’s bf) ordered some set meals.
Spider Roll - Fried Softshell Crab Roll topped with Flying-fish Roe.
Salmon Sashimi.
Nabeyaki Sushi Udon

Unajyu - unagi bento - Very very tasty! Delicious! Highly recommend.
Coral Roll - Sushi roll topped with Salmon and Salmon Roe.
Stamina Roll - Avocado and Omelette Roll Topped with Whole Roasted Eel.

Onigiri - 4 Different types of Onigiri.
Dragon Roll - Fried King Prawn Roll Topping with Avocado.
M. Udon Katsu Zen - Fried Chicken with Udon.
Hotate Mentai - Very expensive Scallops but niceyyyyy.

The bill was rather expensive la. But this happens once in the blue moon, moreover the food was so yummy and everyone was happy. RM 515. nice number, would be better if it is Rm519. Hehehe.
We then went to the very special playground (like a concept playground like that) nearby where there was a big swing (where you can literally lie down or 4 person sitting on it) and few more things that I’ve never play in my life. I am definitely going back there to play. We spent more than 30minutes playing at the playground after the dinner. Unbelievable!
