Reading Advertisements
Has been reading a lot of ads lately from those ‘celebrity blogger’s blog’.
Nowadays, it’s not hard to find the same ads at few blogs. Bloggers are indeed the best tool to be used to advertise new products, promotions etc etc.
But I am getting tired of these. I will “x” immediately if I read the title and knowing it’s an ad.
It’s the trend now, can’t do anything about it. The best thing that I can do it just close it.
As much as I enjoy reading their blogs, I have no reasons to stop them writing ad post and earning money from these advertisements.
Sometimes when I read, I question myself, is this post an advertisement again? Are they getting paid to write this up? This question always pop up if they did not state it is an ad. You know la, some people will not tell you that’s an ad.
Although they will blend in their own interesting stories, but I can’t help to ask how real is the story.
Sorry to say, it’s getting annoying. Too hard core liao.
Maybe it’s just me. :)
Anyway, I still enjoy reading their blog as long as it’s not ad.

So called celebrity bloggers are bloggers too, they have a price tag. It’s actually a very simple logic. With the right price, you will start writing anything, even things you don’t really know.
I think if these advertisers continue to feed these so call celebrity bloggers with $, they will continue writing. They’ might think it’s ok, since they are easily earning couple of hundreds just for one post. But on the long run, authentic voice in blogosphere will be gone. If one day, your oversea friend ask you, how come all Malaysian blogs are talking about products only? You’ll know who to blame.
I’m already missing the old days where people rant and complain about stuff.
