Taiwan Trip Part 2

Seriously damn enjoy watching TV in the room. Hahaha. We left the tv on for whole night, showing animal planet channel with very low volume la.

We did not on the aircon whole night because the weather very cold. The room temperature remains 22 degree celcious leh!

So, on our second day, we decided to go Taipei 101 and do some shopping.

Our hotel did provide breakfast every morning. Chinese and western style. But limit choices la. :) HK didn’t manage to get up as early as us, he missed the breakfast. Breakfast ends at 10am.

Guess what, early morning already very cloudy. Like wanna rain like that. Again, see no sun.

Before we went up to 88th floor of Taipei 101, we camwhore a little with the whole building. Hello, Taipei 101 is still the tallest building in the world now. Must camwhore with it la. :)

I actually have no idea why we both got this picture. Like fighting over something. But none of us remember what happen. I just thought it was funny to post up. :)

After the camwhoring session, we proceeded to the Taipei 101. Taipei 101 = KLCC + Twin Tower = Shopping center + Office. The shopping center selling all branded stuff. High-end one. Most of the crowd were tourist.

Anyway, we are tourist, so we went up to the observatory floor. The enterance fee was NT400 per person. It was not free. If you go Twin tower sky bridge, it is free. But KL tower got charges la.

I went up KL tower few times before. I personally think that KL view is better than Taipei.

Probably the buidings were not as interesting as KL’s one. Not much high buildings and not colorful. :p The buildings all seems very old.

We were allowed to go to ‘outdoor observatory’ which was 89th floor. Well, nothing much there except you can see the top tip much closer. We wont be able to see the whole the ground buildings because there was this tall wall blocking the view. A bit waste gas to go up there.

We took a short break for ice-cream. :p Saw the cute ice-cream when we passed by haagen dazs.

Then we proceed to do a little shopping at the shopping centre nearby - NewYorkNewYork.

Then we also had our lunch at NYNY, a lunch that surprisingly good.

I never expect we will eat dimsum at Taiwan and they taste good. haha.

Anyway, once you see the Restaurant name, you can tell it’s from HK. HUNG KAN.

Basically all the dimsum we ordered taste good and delicious. Reasonable price also. About sgd10 per person.

Shopping at Zhong Xiao Dong Lu was our next destination. HK did not follow us as shopping was always boring for guys. :)

I can’t believe I’ve got nothing to buy at Zhong Xiao Dong Lu. Basically it was a long stretch of a road. There were few SOGOs there. Yea, 3 Sogo. LI HAI leh!

Maybe I did not do my research completely. I don’t know what can i shop there. sigh. Anyway, we walked around zhong xiao underground mall, which was completely disappointing, which then my photographer told me we were at the wrong side. double sigh.

Stacey (HK’s sis) insist to try on this smelly toufu. It was really smell like longkang, stink like shit. According to their advertisement board, they guarantee the toufu was the best, if you dun like it, they will return the money to u.

Unfortunately, stacey din like it at all. She ate few bites and we left. But dare not ask for refund as what the board promised. hahaha.

Since Zhong Xiao was not a place for us, we left. Went back hotel to rest a while, because me and HK had an appointment with the bridal shop to discuss about the photoshoot next day.

After the discussion, me and HK went shopping nearby the bridal shop. Bought some cloths from NET (singapore also got branch, :p).

Another relaxing day has passed, we must stay at best condition till the photoshoot day ma. Was so looking forward for the photoshoot session.

We slept early and get prepared for the next day.

We reached the bridal shop at 8am for makeup and styling.

I am quite surprise that I was not nervous at all. I m quite relaxing all the while. I mean, I thought I would be nervous. There was this assistant help me to wear my gowns. I gotto show her my boobs leh. So shy.

Anyway, that’s not important.

Kinda sad that HK sis was not allow to take pictures during the photoshoot. I should have ask her to take pictures of all the gowns and styles but I forgotten. But also wanna thank Stacey and future mom-in-law for following us. They must be boring and tiring to follow us as they wont have anything to do during the whole session.

Therefore I dont have much pictures for all the gowns except the 1st gown I wore at the bridal shop.

We were doing all outdoor shooting. We went Yang Ming Shan (for sakura), some lakeside at Yang Ming Shan, a garden that full of different kind of flowers when they purposely plant flowers for wedding photoshoot, then Dan Sui old street, Taipei 101 and Raohe Night Market.

Still able to catch sakura.

A lot of couples also doing photoshoot at the same place. I suppose this is one of the famous spot at Yang Ming Shan.

Photographer suggested the night market as this was one of the culture in Taiwan. It will be special to see photos of us in night market. We hesitated at first but then decided to give it a try. Hopefully the outcome will be great.

The photoshoot took whole day already. We were not able to go other places but asked HK mom to buy supper. Both Hk’s sis and mom went Wu Fen Pu shopping. Come back with lots of cloths. I was so envy! hahaha.

Now, i shall go on prepare my next day’s trip. Lotsa picture to edit. :)
