1) Check number availability

If the answers are yes to both, congratulations. You still stand a chance to owing the number for your car.

2) Fill bidding forms

3) Submit your bid

Before submitting your bid, you will need to buy a Cashier’s order from the bank, payable to Land Transport Authority or LTA for the amount you intend to bid. The Casher’s order will be return to you shall you fail to win the bid.

Here’s how a Cashier’s order looks like:

Insert Cashier’s order and bidding form R04 into envelope R05. Include a stamp on the envelope if you want the results and/or cashier’s order to be send back to you.

Head back to LTA (10 Sin Ming Drive), consult the customer service where you should drop your envelope.

That’s it! You’ve successfully place your bid on the number you want.

Current bidding’s results will only be available for enquiry from 4:00pm on the Friday following the close of bidding. You can also check the results here.
