Facebook Addict

Every little break time, the office public PCs will be occupied. Those PCs are the only PC which connected to the Internet. All of us rush to the PC to get online, check mails and check facebook!

Facebook Addict

If you don’t know what is Facebook, I guess you have not been online or reading the papers for at least 1 year.

Although Facebook has been really hot for quite a while before I even mention it, but it only come to my attention lately.

Haunted Laptop

Yesterday when I back home from work, I checked my laptop and I felt it was quite heat up (Coz I leave it on to download some stuff while I went to work) . So I off it and went for dinner. 1 hour later, I tried to turn on my laptop, it showed me red screen instead of the normal black screen during the startup. Damn Scary lor!

Laptop Error

Then I decided to go on with my ‘usual’ activity. I surf net as usual. Everything was working fine except the screen color. White background became cyan.

Laptop Error

By looking at those weird color screen, I felt really sad liao and confirmed that it really went haywire liao. Hongkiat also don’t know what happen to it. He went and google about it. There were some similar cases, it was some error about the LCD screen.

So, Hongkiat suggest he will send the laptop to the repair shop during his lunch time (today).

Amazing things happen at Hongkiat’s office. He turn on the laptop for a final check and the laptop was OKAY. Normal! Working perfectly. No red color screen. No cyan color! It seems like nothing happen!

You TELL me la, was it my laptop kena haunted? You experienced this before? Why is this happening? What cause it?

Very Late Dinner

*Short Update*

I just got home like 30mins ago. (Time now is 12.10am, my 3rd day of working.)

Well, it’s really not my style to work overtime. But there are always some exceptional cases, like today.

My training started very late, therefore it ended late also.

Boss bought us (me and other colleagues) McD as dinner because we missed our dinner time. He came around 9pm something to check if we were still there doing our exercises. Hopefully he was not trying to do a spot check on us, because no team lead was there to jaga us also.

But I lost my appetite even tho I love McD, I guess because I missed the dinner time already. The Filet-O-Fish still on my table, guess I will eat it in a while.

I already did my best in the exercise, I hope everything is good on Monday’s review.

Oh, I remembered I did not tell you what I am working as. I am a Software Test Analyst. Doing what? Test software lo.

Yea, totally no idea how to do software testing la me, therefore I am learning and getting training now. Don’t get the idea wrong, not those software you are using everyday.

Okayla, hungry already.

p/s: There is always new chapter in our life, this job would be bringing me something that I never experience. I hope can I get used to it. Wish me luck. Thanks.

p/s 2: Oh, my employment pass also approved already, yay!

p/s 3: Oh Oh, In case you haven’t know about this, I am the Nuffnang (Malaysia) featured blogger of the month! Haha!

It’s Fun Taking MRT

I am still consider ‘new’ in Singapore la, this is my longest stay in Singapore, almost 2 months staying here. Taking MRT is like eating rice, because this is one of the most convenient transportation. Also met a lot of funny things in the train.

Kissing and hugging is totally normal in the train. To be honest, I have not seen kissing and hugging that frequent back in Malaysia. I am not saying they are doing illegal things, but kissing and hugging is soooooo frequent in the train here in Singapore, they care no body and just in their own world. I think it’s not considerate to the public lo.

“If you don’t see, how you know?” Aiya, my eyes are there to see, not to close my eyes all the time one. Stuff like that is eye-catching la. Oh ya, those kissing and hugging people are mostly local, not ang moh. Hahaha.

There was one time, I notice the male surrounding me were all wearing spec. I can say 95% of them. Even in the house now, 3/4 male are wearing spec! Watching too much TV? Studying too hard? Playing too much computer games? No idea.

Yesterday, Hongkiat and Chardy told me one of the ‘pukey’ case that they saw in the train.
